SC Gardening will next be hiring in MARCH 2018. We will be seeking an experienced Team Leader.
You will work alongside other qualified and skilled gardeners and use top quality equipment to bring high quality gardening to more people. We are based in Lisburn but carry out work in gardens big and small from Antrim to Newtownards.

This is a permanent full-time position with 30 days paid holiday and work all year round. There is no Winter layoff here.
Our Team Leader’s are responsible for leading a team to carry out gardening work – regular maintenance, tidy-ups, hedge cutting, soft landscaping and power washing to a high standard. You must have a strong interest in keeping gardens looking their best.
The day begins at 7.30 in Lisburn and we work until 6 at the latest in Summer, Monday – Friday, with Saturday morning yard work (tool maintenance etc.) required approximately once per month over Summer.
We pay above average wages and are seeking highly skilled and competent individuals.
If you meet the following requirements, then we really want to hear from you:
– Over 25 for vehicle insurance purposes
– Experienced driving large transit type van.
– Full clean driving licence
– 1 year’s supervisor/team leader/charge-hand experience in a garden maintenance or grounds maintenance business.
– Excellent reference from current/previous employer
– Any of the following: Pesticide Sprayer Licence/ Chainsaw Licence/ Trailer Licence
